Everyone knows that NYC is too big of an apple to bite in one go, so we've decided to house all colleges in the same place, as to avoid further confusion and dizzying spells in your admins. Now, if you really, really wish for a specific college to be placed, and wish it with the fervor of a thousand burning suns, then you may apply for a sub-board here. Now, it's not good enough if only you want, because, where would the fun be in that? Nope, you need at least one other person who wants that sub-board too, in order to fly by us.
